This year is steadily progressing, as we have said goodbye to 2024 and welcomed in 2025 with a bang. A lot has transpired in the world already in this extremely significant year. In the US, the shift of power has been dramatic already, with sweeping changes in immigration, the release of violent insurrectionists from prison, the renaming of the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America, and some departments of the government being completely renovated. In good news, there seems to be a cease fire between Israel and Hamas, with the release of hostages. We are saddened at the loss of life overnight with the collision of the American Airlines plane with a military helicopter, and, of course, send our love and condolences to those grieving the loss of their loved ones from this terrible tragedy. All of these events fit with the energy I described in my previous post on the energies of January, which was a month of new beginnings and dramatic changes.
For me personally, January was my birthday month. I enjoyed a significant energetic transmission from the Benevolent Beings of Light, which I have decided to go back to calling Angels, just because it is shorter and more easily recognized (They told me they don’t mind being called Angels). I had shifted to calling them Beings of Light, partly because I never saw any wings, and partly because I am not sure where they are from exactly, and hypothesize that they could actually fall into the category of Galactics. I am one who doesn’t discount the idea that Galactics and Angels could possibly be the same thing! I have continued to call specific Angels by their recognizable names, like Michael and Raphael for example. But I do entertain the idea that I don’t understand everything, and when I see them, I normally see different colored columns of Light, except for the specific ones I interact with regularly.
I do believe I was given another Angel this month, during a time of deep trance meditation, when a man with a full head of wavy gray hair and beard showed up, but with Angel wings! He told me he was Elijah, and there are ancient texts that support the theory that the prophet Elijah either was an Angel who took human form, or became an Angel afterward. However, he did not identify with the theory that he became Archangel Sandolphon, which is the accepted theory. My connection to him is only in the beginning stages, so hopefully he will clarify at some point.
As we enter into February, we definitely feel a bit of an energetic shift.
Just as a short recap, in numerology we are navigating a “9” year, which is the number of endings, completions, surrender, letting go of what was, and culmination. If we have completed all of our pre-agreed upon tasks, we probably will find ourselves more in service to others than normal. If not, then we could find something or someone exiting our human experience this year. (2+0+2+5=9) I described this energy in THIS POST.
February this year fits with the accepted theme in February which is the month of love. In February some of us celebrate Valentine’s Day, which is all about showing love to the important people in our lives. So love may be a theme as we enter into a “2” month, according to numerology. The number 2 is the number of love, since most romantic interactions happen between two people. It is also the number of the Sacred Feminine, as depicted in the second Tarot card, The High Priestess. It is the number of “us” as opposed to “me”. When the number 2 is present, we are offered the opportunity to look both inside of our soul for a deep connection to our inner guidance, and also out towards others, for a more loving, nurturing, intimate connection. The number 2 is a number of nurturing and taking care of others. We could expand that to include not only humanity but all life forms. In February we may be introduced to the idea that has been showing up recently that we are not alone in the universe. We also may want to think about humanitarian efforts, philanthropy, and taking care of the Earth, animals, and other life forms that call the Earth their home.
The number 2 is also the number of intuition, as reflected as an additional theme of the High Priestess Tarot Card. Our intuitive and healing gifts may enjoy an upgrade, or we may find that our inner knowing gets stronger. We may just know things or sense things we should not know. Secrets are hard to keep in this energy. If I know something, I know it, despite any evidence to the contrary. Pay attention if something just feels “off.” Secrets may be revealed. Issues with women’s rights may come to the forefront this month. Women in power may rise up. The entire “ME TOO” movement happened when we were in a 2 year energetically. The High Priestess was the card for that entire year. Secrets, women’s issues, and intuition were at the forefront.
If we add the 9 for 2025 to the 2 for February, we arrive at 11, a master number. Many people report seeing 11:11 frequently when going through a spiritual awakening. In February, you may enjoy something of that sort, as collectively, it is being offered to anyone who can align themselves energetically to the frequency of Love and move out of fear, anger, and vengeance. It is also the number of the Justice Card in the Tarot. Issues around the law, equality, balance, fairness, and the righting of wrongs is a theme whenever the Justice card shows up. Perhaps the trajectory of injustice will somehow be reversed in February, or, it could get worse, as we could very well experience the reverse of these cards if we are living our lives in fear and division rather than love and inclusion.
Remember that your personal numerology may be different from the universal themes, but the universal themes will affect you nevertheless, depending on where you are on your soul’s journey.
You can discover your personal year theme by adding the month and day of your birthday to the year it was when you had your last birthday, then adding those numbers together until you arrive at a single digit. I tend to find that our personal years begin closer to our birthday than on January 1st when the year shifts. It may not be exactly on your birthday, but you tend to have more significant shifts of themes as you draw closer to your birthday than when the year changes.
For me, since my birthday is in January, I did have a significant energy shift less than a week after my birthday, which enabled me to release some old triggers, surrender to my highest good, and enjoy the energetic shift that transpired almost immediately.
We are all hopefully learning, growing and evolving until the day we exit the Earth plane. No one “arrives” or becomes completely “enlightened” at any point in their Earth life to where they have no need to continue growing. The circle of life is constantly shifting, growing, and evolving, be it ever so slowly, or like a bolt of lightening. When we have no need to continue growing or evolving, we will cease to need to incarnate as human, unless we decide to spend our entire lifetime assisting others in some way, or assisting the Earth plane in raising the collective frequency.
In February, I would invite you to spend time engaging in your spiritual practice and connecting with your Unseen Helpers. Ask for the highest and most benevolent Guides, Angels or Allies to work with you to assist you in participating in the evolution of consciousness from “me” consciousness to “us” consciousness. Develop a personal and deeper connection to your Team of Spirit Helpers.
Also, look out beyond yourself and see where you can assist or connect with others.
Yes, we are our brother’s keeper. We are also the keepers of the Earth. Do small or significant acts of service this month (and every month!)
If you feel so inspired, look around for injustice and see how you can help. Anything you do must be done in a spirit of love and inclusion, understanding that everyone is doing what they can do, given their current state of connection to their soul and life purpose. Try not to judge or do things to cause harm, even if you think you are doing something good. When we cause harm, either intentionally or inadvertently in pursuit of justice, we are not really helping. When we engage the frequency of anger, revenge, violence, or retribution, we are unintentionally siding with the frequency of fear. Anger has it basis in fear. If we are living in love, we will not fear. We will understand that any situation we may be facing is temporary, and by holding the frequency of Divine Love and Joy, we can offset any opposing frequencies and be protected.
I wanted to include this month a glimpse into the other “2” cards in the Tarot, as these are more personal themes that may show up, depending on what your personal themes are.
The Two of Swords is the card of secrets. There is information that may be eluding you. This may be self-imposed, if are averse to seeing the truth, or making a decision that you don’t want to make. You can see that the person in this picture could remove her mask and lay down her swords at any time if she wanted to. This card may indicate that it is not the right time to make a difficult decision. Maybe you don’t know all the facts yet, and maybe you are not ready to hear the truth.
The Two of Pentacles is having more than one obligation or important issue to handle. Maybe you are working two jobs. Maybe you have two love interests, two children, or two options you are trying to choose between. This divided priority is causing you some stress. The water in the background with the ship riding the waves indicates that there could be some turmoil trying to “juggle” all of these issues. If you find this is you, try to calm yourself, handle one thing at a time if you can. Make some choices or decide which situation to tackle first.
The Two of Wands is a card of planning. You may be planning a trip or an adventure. You may be daydreaming but not really taking concrete steps to move forward. You may be thinking about a trip overseas or far away, but you have obligations at home to keep you from taking any action. This card sometimes indicates boredom with life as it is, and wanting to have adventures. Sometimes this card indicates affairs, because whatever you have at home is not satisfying you (or it could relate to someone in your life). Depending on which issue shows up for you, it is important to weigh all the costs of any actions you take. Is it worth risking the security of your home for an adventure of some kind?
The Two of Cups is all about enjoying a relationship that is equal in every way. The giving and receiving are reciprocal and feel good. This could be a love relationship, a friendship, a work colleague, or a partner of some kind.
Feel free to revisit this post toward the end of the month and see how one or more of these themes played out for you.
Be of loving service this month. Expect that justice will be done. Be open to spiritual experiences or connections with your spiritual team of helpers. Don’t expect a lot of forward momentum. Plan your next steps. Watch out for secrets or unknown information either coming to light or not, depending on if you are open to hearing the truth.
